Cancellations and Refunds

Clarity Calls: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. You can reschedule once without penalty.

Therapy Sessions:

• If you cancel more than 24 hours in advance: you may reschedule or request a refund. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

• If you cancel within 24 hours: the session is non-refundable, but you may be offered a one-time reschedule at my discretion.

No Shows: Missed sessions without notice are not eligible for refunds.
