How I Work
When we work together, we don’t just address symptoms—we explore the deep roots of your pain, patterns, and blocks. We look into your story, your ancestry, your energetic field, and your soul’s memory.
The work is intuitive, trauma-informed, and spiritually grounded. Every session is personalized to your journey—and no two sessions are alike.
My goal throughout is to bridge the gap between your current self, and your most authentic, powerful and truest self.

Step 1: A Clarity Call
A 20–30 minute video call to gently explore what you’re seeking.
You share what’s coming up for you, I share how I work—and we see if there’s resonance in walking this path together.

Step 2: A Deep-Dive Questionnaire
If we decide to continue, I’ll send you a detailed Google Doc questionnaire.
This helps me understand your life story, family system, emotional patterns, and any recurring dynamics that may hold keys to your healing.

Step 3: Session 1 – Mapping the Work
We begin by reviewing your responses and drawing up your trauma-gram (a map of emotional and ancestral wounds).
You’ll experience your first short healing exercises to gently open the field and begin the process of resolution.

Step 4: Ongoing Sessions
From Session 2 onwards, we’ll meet weekly or bi-weekly, using a blend of: psycho-spiritual trauma therapy tools, yogic and energetic rebalancing, inner child and systemic healing, past life and ancestral release work. Each session is paced to support your integration and expansion.

Integration Between Sessions
Between sessions, you’ll receive small, doable practices—designed to anchor your healing into daily life and help you feel subtle shifts taking root.

WhatsApp Support
Outside of session time, I’m available on WhatsApp for light guidance, check-ins, or if something arises that needs gentle holding.
The therapy sessions will be adequately spaced out, so you get a good amount of time to assimilate and integrate the movements into your heart and psyche. This is important, as otherwise this work can mentally and physically demand a great deal from you. You will learn to listen to and feel the integration happening within you..
This work invites a deep level of spiritual receptivity. You don’t need to follow any belief system—just a respectful openness to the sacred, and a willingness to let the healing meet you. If your soul feels ready, I would be honoured to walk with you.
